Promoting Amundi Investment Institute research capabilities, for each type of client

The team’s mission is to enhance dialogue with Amundi Investment Institute’s clients, and ensure the effective implementation of key initiatives. Our goal is strengthen the Investment Institute’s renown as a thought leader and expert on macroeconomics, markets, geopolitics, ESG, investment themes and global trends. Our Client Service Managers (CSM):
- Coordinate the Amundi Investment Institute’s business lines to develop its advisory services with prospects for existing clients;
- Develop Institute services for key client events, and with partners directly, or via investment platforms (OCIO);
- Plan the Institute’s contribution to key events (Amundi World Investment Forum, investment outlooks).
We foster a continuous upstream dialogue with clients, and engage ahead of strategic and tactical asset allocation, also providing thematic guidance for portfolio construction that distribution partners could implement with Institute models and content. The team also delivers tailored content and services for institutional clients on a regular or bespoke basis, and builds corporate client content focusing on FX, money markets, and liquidity. Finally, we monitor the ‘Amundi Investment Institute retail package’ customised for partner networks that fits with their needs and strengthens customer experience.
